Religion is man’s attempt to reach God. Love is God’s attempt to reach man. What does this mean? Today, we are talking about staying relevant.
Research tells us that to communicate something effectively you must say it 8 times. Jesus told us what the Kingdom of Heaven is like 10 times.
I have had the same conversation with many people over the years. The state of our world and the human condition and it all boils down to our moral compass.
It is up to us to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to do our best to help it grow in the hearts of the people we minister to. To do this our heart must be fertile.
Take up your cross and follow me. That’s an interesting thing to say to a group of people. Today we share what Jesus meant when he said that.
Over the past 20 years, many people in the western world have moved away from calling themselves Christians and started calling themselves followers of Jesus. Is that all we are or are we something more than followers? Are we disciples? Today we talk about disciples and followers.
I have been reading and studying the Bible for decades. There is no scripture more important than another. However, the words printed in red are most important to heed.
